Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 lean pork chops
16 oz Dr. Pepper (substitute with any brown soda)
2 small onions, sliced (your preference)
salt
pepper
water

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the pork chops. Add onions and 8 oz of Dr. Pepper. Allow the pork chops to simmer in the sauce. Do not allow all the liquid to evaporate or the pork chops will burn. Continue to add Dr. Pepper or water. The soda carmelizes the onions and meat. As you use more soda, the meat will become sweeter. Add soda or water to your preference. Ready to serve when the pork chops are cooked and sauce has become a glaze.
