1 pkg strawberry jello (3 oz. size) 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup water 2 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Boil the jello, 1 c. water, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl combine the 1/2 c. water and cornstarch. When the jello mixture reaches a boil add the cornstarch mixture to it and continue boiling until clear. Cool, add strawberries and pour into a pie shell of your choice. (Very good in a graham cracker crust).
