2 cans Beef Consume Soup ( do not add water)
1 onion (chopped fine)
1 stick butter ( cut into small pieces)
1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice ( not instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix all together and put into a 9x12 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

I also add chopped peppers or anything else I might have in the fridge.

This is a great party rice. I usually double this recipe and also I prepare it ahead of time and pop it in the oven just before serving. You can make it without vegetables and it still is good. The soup is the key ingredient. Make sure you get consume soup.
