2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. sweet milk 1/4 c. regular mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 425º. Grease 12 (about 2 1/2 inch) muffin cups. Combine the flour, milk and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Divide the dough equally among the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
