1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. oil
1 c. warm water
1 egg
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Add the egg. Dissolve the yeast in 2 Tbsp. of warm water, then add it to the mixture. Add the flour. Refrigerate and let it sit several hours or overnight. After dough has been refrigerated, dip your hands in flour and roll the dough into small pieces, put pieces into an oiled muffin ring. Put 3 or 4 pieces of dough into each muffin ring. Let rise 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 450. Bake for about 8 minutes.
