2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cooked, skinned and boned
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 8 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. frozen peas
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 10 1/2 oz. can of cream of celery soup or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a mixing bowl, break the cooked chicken into small pieces. Stir in the broth, milk, frozen vegetables, frozen peas, potatoes and soup. Spread the mixture into a 9 x 13 inch buttered baking pan. CRUST: In a small bowl, mix together the Bisquick, milk and melted margarine or butter. Spread over top of the chicken mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
