1/2 cup soft butter
1/4 cup white sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Put in double boiler, stir and cook until it resembles custard.
Combine:
2 cups graham cracker crums
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Add to custard mixture. Mix and pack into 9" greased pan.
Then cream together 1/4 cup butter, 2 tsp. vanilla custard pudding, 3 tbsp. milk, 2 cups icing sugar. Spread on top of custard mixture.
Than melt 4 tbsp. butter, 4 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate OR 2 tbsp. cocoa. Spread lightly over middle layer. Chill over night. Cut into bars.
