4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken bouillon cube
2/3 cup water
3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 stick butter
salt, pepper, paprika


Salt, pepper, paprika the chicken breast.
Melt butter in 500 oven.
Add chicken and cook 15 minutes.
Mix bouillon cube, water, mushroom soup and sherry in saucepan.
Cook until hot.
Add to chicken, turn oven back to 350, cover with foil, and cook 40-45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
