2 pounds Sirloin sliced 1/8 inch thick, 1/2 cup Shoyu, 1 piece Crushed Ginger, 3 clove Garlic, 4 stalk chopped Green Onion, 1/2 tsp. MSG, 4 tsp Sesame Oil, 3 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Hoisin, 2 tsp Sesame Seed

combine all ingredients for marinade in large ziplock bag. Marinate meat for 2 hrs. (3hrs max). Broil over charcoal.
