2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk, butter. and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Stir well and drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Put in refrigerator for 15 min.

I remember a few years back, a certain truck-driving son made these cookies one night. Now, I don't know if it was the fact that it was midnight, or if he was a little out of practice, but he made the biggest cookies around! As sometimes happens, they didn't get quite firm enough, so they didn't mound to well. A more appropriate name for them would have been "cow patties". They were still good though.
