1/2 POUND SAUSAGE (IF ON HAND)
2 tbsp CHOPPED ONIONS
2 EGGS
3/4 CUPS QUICK OATS
1 1/2 CUP TOMATO JUICE
1/4 CUP CELERY CUT FINE
OPTIONAL 1/3 CUP PICKLE RELISH
1/8 TO 1/4 CUP PARSLEY
1/2 tsp DRIED CRUSHED SAGE
1 tsp SALT & DASH PEPPER

IN MIXING BOWL STIR TOGETHER EGGS, ONION, SALT, SAGE, PARSLEY, CELERY, OATS. PEPPER 7 TOMATO JUICE.
ADD GROUND BEEF & MIX WELL.
BAKE AT 325º FOR 1 1/4 HOUR IF USING A HEAVY SKILLET. ( POUR SOME AROUND IT BEFORE BAKING)
IN A LOAF PAN OR SHALLOW PAN MAY TRY 350º

1 tsp DRY MUSTARD,1/4 CUP KETCHUP, 2 tbsp BROWN SUGAR, 1 tsp LEMON JUICE.
SPOON OVER MEATLOAF RETURN TO OVEN & BAKE 15 MINUTES MORE,
