1/2 pound Hamachi (or Albacore) fresh or frozen sushi grade
2 jalapeņo peppers
Sesame Oil
Ponzu
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice fish very thin and arrange on platter.

2. Slice jalapeņo peppers thinly and place on top of fish slices.

3. Drizzle with sesame oil. if you prefer hot food, you can spice it up with Ra-Yu (Japanese chili oil).

4.Pour ponzu over fish.

5. Sprinkle sesame seeds
