1 lb elbow macaroni 2 c. cheddar cheese chopped celery (optional) chopped onion (optional) egg whites - hard boiled 1 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 c. Helmans mayo thousand island dressing
Cook macaroni. When cool, add cheese, celery, onions, egg whites, sugar, vinegar, milk and egg whites. Add approximately 1/2 bottle Thousand Island Dressing. Mix all together and refrigerate.
