12 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced carrot
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 small bay leaf, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
16 oz. Reames Frozen Egg Noodles (or use regular egg noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, chicken, vegetables and spices in a large pot. Bring to boil. Stir noodles into boiling broth. Simmer until noodles are tender 20 - 30 minutes depending on noodles used., stirring occasionally.
