Acini-De-Pepe Salad Recipe

1/2 box or 1 1/4 c. acini-de-pepe
(usually found in the macaroni or rice section)
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook 8 minutes. Drain. Cool

Cook the following until thick and cool:
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 beaten eggs

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lg. carton cool whip

Mix all and let stand in refridgerator for at least 12 hours.
