White Sauce:
1 Stick butter
Flour
Milk
Salt and pepper


Ham, diced
Potatoes, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, stirring continually. Let bubble for a minute. Stir in milk slowly to make white sauce. Cook and stir the sauce with a wire whisk until it is smooth and boiling. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer ham, potatoes, sauce. Repeat until all ham and potatoes used. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
