2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 20 oz. can pineapple
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all ingredients. Put into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes.

1 stick oleo (prefer Parkay)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioner sugar

Beat well. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and beat together. Put icing on cake as soon as it is taken from the oven.
