1/2 c. white Crisco (1 bar)
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream Crisco, egg, vanilla, sugar and sour cream till soft. Mix flour, baking soda and salt a little at a time to creamed mixture. Chill 2 hours. Roll out on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out with cookie cutters. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 minutes. After cookie cools spread jiffy icing.

Jiffy Icing:

Bag of powdered sugar, 1 small can sweetened condensed milk, 1 stick of softened butter or margarine. Mix together, (you can add food coloring). Spread on sour cream cookies.
