1 head cauliflower 2 heads broccoli or can use just 1 and add 4 carrots 3 celery stalks small onion 2 cups mild cheddar cheese shredded Sauce: 1 1/2 cups mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 T. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dill weed
Mix all ingredients. Make up the day before serving.
