1/2 red bell pepper diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper diced
1/4 C. of yellow onion diced
1/2 lb. of spicy sausage cooked (not in pattys or links)
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper for taste
7 eggs scrambled
Jalapeno Tortillas
Colby cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan saute bell peppers and onions together, then mix in cooked sausage and let all simmer together.
add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to mixture then add in the scrambled eggs. mix together well and place 1/2 c. of mixture to tortilla. place cheese over mixture and wrap into a burrito. Eat while warm. Add salsa for more flavor...
