2 (3 ounce) packages of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter
5 pound bag of potatoes peeled, cooked and cut up.

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Can be made the day before and heated in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
