1 Tbls. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. dried whole marjoram
2 Tbls. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1 5 lb. rolled boneless pork loin roast

Honey Apples:
4 granny smith apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbls. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sage, marjoram, soy sauce, garlic and mustard in a bowl- mix. Place roast fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan, spread with mustard mix. Use meat thermometer.. Bake uncovered at 350º 2-21/2 hours or until thermometer registers 160º. Serve roast and honey apples.

Honey apples: Peel, corre and slice apples in 1/2"
slices. Combine other ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil add apples- reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Makes about 2 cups
