16 graham crackers
2 eggs
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1/4 t salt
2 Cups cooked rice
1/2 Cup raisins
2 Cups milk
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers (roll out between wax paper). Beat eggs, add sugar, raisins, milk, vanilla, salt and rice. Heavily grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with butter. Sprinkle 1/2 graham cracker crumbs on bottom and side of pan. Add rice mixture and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Top rice mixture with rest of graham crackers. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut with a knife to be sure it is done.
