1 1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
3 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 t vanilla
2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 Cup green creme de menthe
1 1/2 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bottom layer: In pan, combine 1/2 c butter and cocoa. Heat and stir until well blended. Remove from heat, add 1/2 Cup powdered sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of ungreased 13 X 9 pan.
Middle layer: Melt another 1/2 C of butter. In mixing bowl, combine melted butter and creme de menthe. At low speed, beat in 3 C powdered sugar. Spread over bottom layer. Chill 1 hour.
Top layer: In pan, combine 1/4 c butter and chocolate pieces. Stir until melted. Spread over mint layer. Chill 1 - 2 hours.
Cut in small squares and store in refrigerator.
