1 Cup flour 1/2 Cup butter 1/4 Cup confectioner's sugar 2 eggs 1 Cup sugar 1/2 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 2 T lemon juice 1/2 t lemon extract
Heat oven to 350º. Blend flour, butter, and confectioner's sugar thoroughly. Press evenly in 8 X 8 X 2 pan (ungreased). Bake 20 minutes. Beat rest of ingredients together. Pour over the crust and bake 20 minutes more. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Let cool completely and cut in squares.
