1 C. All purpose flour
1/2 tps. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 C. Sugar
1 lg. Egg
1 C. Oatmeal
8 oz. White Chocolate Chips
1 C. Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 C. Firmly packed light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in separate bowl. Beat Butter at medium speed w/ electric mixer. Gradually add sugars, beating well. Beat in egg. Add flour mixture and oats, stir in both chocolates.
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
