1 lb. ground beef or turkey
4 zucchinis; sliced
1 onion; chopped
1 bell pepper; sliced
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. Monterrey jack/Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown grown beef or turkey. Add onions and bell pepper to saute. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish, except the cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Add cheese and let bake for 20 minutes. Servings: 8
