1lb. pkg sausage,
1 can crescent rolls,
1 cup frozen hash browns thawed,
1 cup cheddar cheese,
3 eggs,
3 Tablespoons milk,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon pepper,
3 Tablespoons diced red peppers,
1/4 cup green onions,
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

In large skillet cook sausage over medium high heat stirring until no longer pink. Place rolls onto bottom of ungreased pan, press together to seal. Sprinkle cooked sausage over crust. Top with hash brown potatoes, peppers and onions if desired. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Stir eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a small bowl, pour evenly over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.
