One 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice
1 tsp grated lime zest
3 eggs, separated
One 8 inch graham cracker pie crust
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine milk, lime juice, and zest; blend in the egg yolks. Pour the filling into the crust. To make the meringue, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in the sugar until the mixture is stiff. Spread the meringue over the filling; spread it to seal the edge of crust all around. Bake for 12-15 minutes until meringue is golden brown.
