1 c. flour
2/3 c. rolled oats (old fashioned preferred)
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. applesauce or mashed banana
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. dried cranberries, raisins or chopped dried
apricots
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients
and mix. Add dried fruit and nuts. Mix just until
moistened.
Bake in sprayed or paper lined muffin pan at
400 for 15 minutes.
