1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Roll into small balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Criss cross with fork prior to baking if making plain cookies. Place a Hershey Kiss on the center of ball cookies immediately after removing from oven if making blossom cookies.
