2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1-3/4 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 small bunch ripe bananas (approx 2 cups)
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add water and mix until batter is smooth. Batter will be thick. Add sliced bananas to batter. With large spoon drop batter into frying pan filled 1/2" deep with oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
