2-1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 1-3/4 cups water 1 cup sugar 1 small bunch ripe bananas (approx 2 cups) Oil for frying
Combine dry ingredients. Add water and mix until batter is smooth. Batter will be thick. Add sliced bananas to batter. With large spoon drop batter into frying pan filled 1/2" deep with oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
