1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal-ground
Directions:
Directions:
Roll Thin and Bake at 350º.

Cook 1 c. dates, 1 c. sugar and 3/4 c. water for filling. Put filling between two cookies.
