Saltine crackers
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 bag chocolate chips
chopped nuts or peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Line the cookie sheet with heavy duty foil. Make sure the foil is over the ends of the pan. Spray foil lightly with Pam. Cover foil with saltine crackers (close together). Mix sugar and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour mixture evenly over crackers. Bake approximately 15 minutes. Don't get it too brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips (about 3/4 bag). Spread melted chips over crackers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or peanuts. Cool. Lift foil out of pan and break or cut cookies.
