Directions:
Tenderize (mallet/hammer) chicken breasts. Add mixture of grated cheese, bell pepper (diced), and ham inside the flattened chicken breasts. Roll up and roll into beaten eggs and then again into crumbs. Layer on baking dish and pour 1/2 c. melted butter and 1 cup wine over the chicken. Cook for approximately 45 minutes. If you look at the chicken 1/2 way through cooking and it looks dry you should add a little more butter and wine. Place cooked chicken and sauce over noodles.
