2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. light syrup
1 tsp. flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water and syrup and cook to 300. Remove from heat, add desired flavoring and color. Pour into a well-greased cookie sheet. When partly cooled, cut into strips with scissors and then into bite size pieces. Cover with powdered sugar. Some flavoring/coloring ideas: Peppermint-pink, cinnamon-red, spearmint-dark blue, wintergreen-dark green, orange-orange, grape-purple, lemon-yellow.
