1 lb. frozen crawfish tails, thawed
2 pods garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 T. flour
2 T. parsley
1 pkg. three cheese tortellini noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare noodles according to package. Saute' onion and garlic in butter;add parsley then stir in the flour. Slowly stir in whipping cream, parmesan cheese, and crawfish tails. Add noodles. Transfer to a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
