1 c. carnation milk
1 1/2 c. luke wam water (use some of this to dissolve yeast)
1 1/2 pck. dry yeast
1 T salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted shortening
7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water.
Add milk, salt, eggs, sugar, shortening. Add 3 - 3 1/2 c, flour while kneading. Use a total of 7 c. flour but don't make it too stiff!
Use cake pans to make cinnamon rolls. 9 x 12. Put 3 across and 5 down. Use sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Roll dough - put in melted butter, then sugar/cinnamon mixture. Put butter in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
