1/2 gallon dill pickles 1/2 c. vinegar 3 c. sugar 1 c. water 6 Tbsp. of horseradish
Drain pickles. Cut in half lengthwise. Drain in colander. Turn jar on side and replace pickles. Place 6 Tbsp. of horseradish on top of pickles. Boil vinegar, sugar and water. Let cool. Add cold mixture to pickles. Shake jar. Let set for 2 days in refrigerator.
