6 large apples
1/2 C raisins
3 T Flour
1/3 C sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
3 T butter
1/4 C chopped nuts
1/2 C water
1/2 C orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cored apples in greased baking pan. Fill centers with raisins. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon, add butter, then mix until crumbly. Add nuts and sprinkle over apples. Pour water and orange juice aound apples. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes. Can be served with a cream topping.
