3 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 to 3/4 c. confectioners sugar, depending on sweetness of berries
3 T water
1 - 2 tsp. fresh lemon or lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
In 2 qt. saucepan, cook blueberries, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, and water over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice. Taste and adjust sugar and juice. Serve sauce warm, or refrigerate to serve later. Reheat to serve if you like. Makes about 2 cups.
