Ingredients:  
1 Can Eagle Brand milk
3 C hot water
2 C diced bread
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 T melted butter
1/2 t salt
1T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk with hot water and pour over bread. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in eggs, butter, salt, vanilla and pour into greased baking dish. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
