"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Butter a 9x13" pan. In a lg. pan, combine sugar and corn syrup. Cook until sugar is melted and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Stir well. Add rice krispies and stir until well coated. Press into buttered pan. Let set until cooled. Cut & enjoy.

Personal Notes:
The recipe calls for chocolate chips & peanut butter chips melted together and spread over the bars ( like a frosting). I don't put that on because I think they're just as good without it and less messy.
