1 pint oysters
1/2 gallon milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. butter, or more if you like

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk. Heat oysters until they start to curl around the edges. Add to hot milk and simmer on low heat for an hour or two. It works wells to make it in a crock pot.
