Ingredients:  
3 c. mashed potatoes*
4 T melted butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

*Russet potatoes are best to use.

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, sugar, butter, and flour to cool potatoes. Make into balls and roll thin on floured pastry cloth. Bake on lefse grill or electric skillet until light brown.
