2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Put butter in 9" skillet with heat proof handles, or a glass pie pan, and put in oven to melt butter. Mix eggs and milk. Add flour and salt. Stir in the melted butter and put into hot pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with strawberries, peaches, or whatever fruit you like, or serve with syrup.
