5 c. oatmeal
2 c. butter (4 sticks)
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 8 oz.milk chocolate bar (grated)
3 c. nuts chopped

Blend oats in blender to fine powder. In large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, add eggs and vanilla. Add oat powder, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda to sugars and beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Roll dough into balls and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
