1 Tablespoon lemonade frozen concentrate 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup lemon concentrate
In large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except 1/3 cup lemon concentrate. Blend well. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour in greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Pour 1/3 cup lemon concentrate over bread. Cool. Remove from pan.
