1 egg
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Add:
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, applesauce, oil, sugar, raisins and nuts.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
