Overnight Carmel Apple French Toast Recipe

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. white corn syrup
2 large apples, peeled and sliced
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
French bread slices - enough for 9X13 pan

Cook brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 5-7 minutes. Pour into an ungreased 9X13 pan.
Arrange apple slices on top.
Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip bread slices into the egg mixture. Place over apples. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
